Niños Del Reino (“NDR”) is Spanish for “Children of the Kingdom.”  The vision for NDR began in 1997, when Concepcion Erazo was compelled to assist impoverished children in her home country of El Salvador.  With the support of the Church, her pastor, other local pastors in the community, church members, and gracious non-church member alike, she began enlisting sponsors to support an individual child in El Salvador for a small monthly donation to support the cause.

To help end the hunger and suffering through providing children in developing countries with the basic necessities requires many people's support and gracious donations or monthly sponsorship. We have many people already sponsoring children or donating monthly, but we need much more help to make a difference, and that's where you come in.

While you can't volunteer with us directly to travel to impoverished countries to provide indigent families the basic necessities, there's still so much you can do on your own . Together, We CAN Make a Difference

The mission of NDR is to provide monthly food distribution to children in El Salvador and other impoverished countries.  With the financial support of $25.00 per month, a child is provided with basic foods consisting of: powdered milk, rice, oil, sugar, beans, breads, cereals and/or crackers, among other foods.

Empty stomachs hurt. They break concentration and make the future seem impossible. 
Malnourishment causes serious health risks and can potentially prove fatal. Giving nutritious food is essential to creating good health and bright futures.
  • In El Salvador, over 25% of children below the age of 5 experience extreme poverty
  • Half of Salvadorian children and teenagers live on less than $1.25 (USD) per day
  • Over 35% of Salvadorian children must work for pay
  • Some children begin work as early as age 6 and work up to 16 hours a day, 7 days a week
  • El Salvador has the highest homicide rate in the world for youth under 19, reports USAID

Niños Del Reino Foundation is a non-profit organization providing food to impoverished children in El Salvador and other countries through donations and a monthly sponsorship program supported by a network of religious organizations in the U.S.  The network consists of churches, pastors, members of the church, and non-members who are committed to providing financial support to children in need.   We work tirelessly to help bring nutritional food to people in developing countries.
